This week we unfortunately had to change a long standing policy. Effective April 24, 2012, we will no longer reset or transfer licenses for customers who do not have current SUM.
Fortunately, for the vast majority of our customers, this will not present the slightest problem.
It's better for everyone if the customer stays current with SUM so long as they continue to use the software. We expect to do that with commercial software licenses we use in-house. And, it's going to be terribly awkward to "be strong" for some, and not for others.

3. 請把 RPM 接收到的資料寄給我們,方法是:暫停(Suspend)您所使用的 RPM Queue 並且傳送一個列印工作給它,當列印工作被顯示時,開啟它的內容(Properties)來找到資料存在於本機的位置,請將這個資料壓縮成 Zip 檔上傳給我們。
