Your evaluation support serial number is included in a hyperlink provided in this email.

It appears that deactivation by uninstall from the previous machine has not been successful.
Please follow the steps below and complete deactivation on the previous machine.

InstallShield Online Deactivation:
-----------------------------------------------------
1) Reinstall the software on the previous machine. Please do not activate the license key.
2) Open up a Command Prompt and CD to \System
3) Type "TSconfig /return".
4) After successful deactivation, please uninstall InstallShield.
-----> If online deactivation fails
4) Select “Offline Verification”.
5) Save a request text and email it to support-apac@flexerasoftware.com .
  (Please note that the wizard should be finished by pressing the Next button, not the X at the right top corner.)
